We are excited to announce that Apex Accounting has merged with Avail Chartered Professional Accountants, and our Cranbrook and Creston offices will now operate as Avail CPA.
While the name on the door will be changing, the people and relationships our clients know at Apex are staying exactly the same.
WHY THE CHANGE?
Quite simply, it gives us more resources to support our clients. Our clients will continue to work with the same local team they've come to know and trust, but will now have access to a much larger group of specialists should they ever need additional services or expertise.
Just as importantly, Apex and Avail share a very similar approach to looking after clients, supporting local businesses, and building long-term relationships within the communities we serve.
WHO WILL RUN THE CRANBROOK AND CRESTON OFFICES?
Brenda, Erin and Mike will continue to run our Cranbrook and Creston offices. From the people who greet clients and help keep things moving, through to the partners who manage their files, our familiar local team isn't going anywhere.
WILL THIS AFFECT THE SERVICES APEX CURRENTLY PROVIDES?
Not at all. The partners overseeing client files and the team members our clients have been working with will remain the same, and all existing services will continue without interruption.
WHAT ABOUT OUT OFFICE LOCATIONS AND PHONE NUMBERS?
Same offices. Same phone numbers. Our Apex signage will eventually be replaced with Avail CPA signage, but we're staying right where we are.
DO OUR CLIENTS NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
Nope. We're taking care of everything behind the scenes. For our clients, it's business as usual.

Avail is an independently owned accounting and business advisory firm that has been serving clients since 1933. With locations in Cranbrook, Creston, Fort Macleod, Invermere, Lethbridge, Milk River, Taber and Vauxhall, Avail proudly serves communities throughout Southeast BC and Southern Alberta.
