PLEASE BE AWARE! This is a scam email that is going around. The CRA will only email you if you have a My Account set up with them and have requested online mail. In that case, they will only say you have mail and ask you to log into your account to view it. There will never be a link to access it.
If you are unsure if a phone call, email or text message is real, contact us and we will be able to verify it for you before you respond. If you are not our client you can contact your accountant or call 1-800-959-8281. That is the official CRA phone number and an agent there will be able to help you.
