Job Title: ADMIN ASSISTANT

Reports To: Accountant and Company Secretary
Minimum Qualifications: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Accountant and Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and maintain the Accountant and Company Secretary's schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
β’ Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
β’ Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
β’ Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
β’ Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports.
β’ Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing necessary materials.
β’ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Accountant and Company Secretary.
β’ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
β’ Minimum of BGCSE.
β’ Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β’ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
