As an HR Operations Executive - Offboarding & (country) Transfers, you'll have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the worldwide workforce as a member of our operations team.
A primary responsibility of this position is to make sure that Remote's external personnel and customers are properly offloaded or converted without sacrificing the quality of their experience.
In the beginning, the applicant may work from home. Aside from that, the applicant only needs to attend the workplace three days a week when they are made permanent.
You'll be working under the direction of the HR and Operations Manager.
Requirements
Four years of Graduation (Prefered in HR and Marketing), EWU, NSU, DU, BRAC, JU will get preference.
Writes and speaks fluent English. Additional languages.
Significant experience in People or HR with a focus on HR Operations Experience managing end-to-end voluntary and involuntary terminations
Operational HR experience across multiple countries.
Good analytical, problem-solving and strong ex*****on skills Strong team player with the ability to anticipate, work independently and demonstrate ownership
Familiar with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
Experience working in a remote setting, hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus
Key responsibilities
Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operating procedures for offboarding and country transfers.
Engage with and support external employees and vendors as necessary.
Manage employee data, ensuring information is current, kept safe, and confidential.
Build strong partnerships with internal teams with a customer-first approach.
Identify and implement improvements to the employee journey and experience.
Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and team's goals.
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Salary Range:
25k to 30k (We are willing to consider greater compensation for the most qualified individual.)
Two festive bonuses (double the basic salary)
