Md Shamsur Rahman started his career with the country’s BPO company, SEBPO Ltd and he was the first operations manager of SEBPO Ltd. He has successfully developed the SOP of the organization that helped them in achieving the gold medal for consecutive years in ITES export. Rahman joined Mercantile Bank Limited as MTO and served in business automation and foreign exchange departments in different capacity before joining Mutual Trust Bank as branch manager. After parting banking sector Mr. Rahman came back in outsourcing and worked in Framgia Bangladesh Ltd, a Japanese IT outsourcing multinational, in the role of deputy country manager. And then he has joined Think BPO Pro Ltd.
