• For order less than BDT 500 customers need to make advance payment.
• For some products (Depending on Size/Price) we may ask for full/partial advance payment.
• Delivery of products outside Dhaka must be paid in advance for transportation costs. Delivery cost of some products will be determined depending on the product, such as according to the size or type of product. We will take the delivery cost as low as possible


4.TAXES
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.




5.Eligibility

5.(a) If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a user of collectionhouse.com.bd and shall not transact on or use the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy. Collection house has made every reasonable effort to be as accurate as possible in displaying the product in its original color and accurate size. However, due to your device’s display settings, technical issues and differences in display, variations may come to the product’s color or size. Hence, “collection house” cannot guarantee that the physical product will look exactly like the display image. If a product from “collection house” is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused by fulfilling all the conditions as per our return policy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, at any time. 7.DISCOUNTS & ALLOWANCES
Discounts and allowances (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Adjustment code, App discount, Occasional offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions of the basic price of products or services. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from “collectionhouse.com.bd”Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy. Promotional SMS may only contain the main content of the offer but terms and conditions are mentioned on the website.cillectionhouse.com.bd holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers OR Promotional Allowances without prior notice. Customer is entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail multiple discount offers in a single order. For example if a customer uses “CLH” vouchers then he cannot use reward points or any other discount along with the ordered item


8.OTHERS

Stock availability: The orders are subject to availability of stock. Delivery Timeline: The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by collection house Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc

Cancellation: collection house retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason. Refund Timeline: If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount
