About our business:
Nu-gen Frames & Trusses is a leading manufacturer of quality timber wall frames, trusses and floor systems on the Central Coast. As the demand of our products has increased exponentially, we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team and grow with our business.

About you and the role:
The right applicant will require an eye for detail, enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities and be able to adapt to any situation. We are looking for someone who can work independently and collaborate as a team. Experience in a similar role is desirable, though not essential.

The role is comprised of the following key responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls, responding to e-mails and communicating with customers and suppliers.
-Directly report to and support the managing directors with day-to-day operational activities.
-Assisting in payroll and data entry in MYOB.
-Invoicing
-Completing regular inventory checks of available stock.
-Administrative and ad hoc duties such as collecting and distributing mail, office supplies maintenance and ordering, archiving maintenance and filing, printing and photocopying duties and general office maintenance and up-keep.

We are currently looking for reliable factory workers based in West Gosford 5:30AM-4:00PM.

To be a successful factory worker at Nu-Gen you must be:
-Capable of performing manual labour
-Physically capable of heavy lifting when required
-Safety conscious and adhere to WH&S procedures
-Available for immediate start
-Good attention to detail
-Be able to work in a high pressure environment
-(Not required but preferred) Experience working within warehousing or manufacturing environment.
