YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Administration & Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be providing support to our advisors in servicing our clientele. In many instances you will be the first point of call for our clients. Given our firm is small, the role will be broad with opportunity to grow into other areas that may interest you.
The role will involve the general tasks and responsibilities below:
- Front desk reception
- Greeting of clients & visitors
- Answering & directing incoming phone calls
- Appointment & calendar management
- General office & client administration
- Client database maintenance
- Filing, scanning, mailing
- Writing of letters based on proforma templates
- Liaising with ATO & ASIC under supervision of accountant
- General office management & cleanliness
Additional tasks can & will be provided in time based on your personal ability, skills, experience, training requirements, capacity and your personal career goals. This could be a extending into basic bookkeeping & accounting tasks or it perhaps your skill set can lead to further development of our marketing activities. Anything is possible so give us your ideas in your covering letter.
ABOUT YOU
We are on the look an ambitious, goal driven candidates who preferably are at the start of their career or has a couple of good years of proven experience. We want our people to grow with our business, longevity & commitment to this role is important to us.
Being an accounting and finance firm, experience in this environment will be advantageous & desirable. We use primarily use software including Reckon Elite, BGL, Microsoft office, Quickbooks and Xero.
