Very interesting times ahead for NDIS Participants, Support Coordinators and Plan Management, where (on average) reductions will applied to New Plans (from October 2026) and Renewed Plans (from February 2026):
(a) Core 04 – Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation – up to 50% reduction
(b) Capacity Building 15 – Improved Daily Living Skills – up to 10% reduction

🛑 $270.5m stopped by plan managers before lodgement — duplicates, errors, fraud, participant holds
✅ $1.886b submitted to the NDIA after integrity checks
🔍 The NDIA's own review then caught $33.9m — just 1.8% of what was submitted
Add it up: of everything rejected in the quarter, 89% was stopped before it ever reached the scheme.
The NDIA's controls are catching the residual. Plan managers are catching the bulk — invisibly, every day. 👀
✅ Quality intermediaries protect more.
