Formerly called Lawrence Rundle Rapson Accountants and Business Advisors with the name Achieve Financial Group coming in 2015.

28 April 2026 - Pay Superannuation for the March 2026 quarter for all eligible employees.

1 July 2026 - PayDay Super is now law.

28 July 2026 - Pay Superannuation for the June 2026 quarter for all eligible employees (final quarter)

🛣️ Road Map for Businesses to Succeed with PayDay Super !

1️⃣ Plan your transition and seek advice from your Tax Agent if you’re unsure how to transition or how you’ll pay super going forward.

2️⃣ Review payroll processes. Check you have up-to-date and correct super fund details for all eligible employees (such as member account numbers) to prevent errors or processing delays.

✳️ It is important to note that all superannuation contributions must be received by your employee’s super fund within 7 days after pay day, unless an extended timeframe applies, such as for new employees.

3️⃣ Confirm with your payroll provider when your software will be ready.

4️⃣ If you’re still using the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH), transition to an alternative provider.

Employers who provide cars to their staff members for work purposes will need to note down the odometer reading as at Tuesday 31 March 2026 🚗

Payday Super

The Australian government previously announced changes to superannuation legislation, coming into effect from 1 July 2026.

From this date you must pay your staff their superannuation on payday, at the same time as their wage. This replaces the current deadline of paying superannuation quarterly.

Adhering to these new requirements will ensure you avoid paying late penalties and Superannuation Guarantee Charges.

You don’t need to wait until 1 July 2026 to start paying super at the same time as you pay salary and wages – you can start now !

Another important change is that the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH) will no longer be available from 1 July 2026. Existing users of the SBSCH will need to transition to an alternative option to pay their staff’s superannuation prior to 1 July.
