Last month we received a few queries on commercial properties and clients thought offices have a high vacancy rate.

This article on Parramatta shows that the headline vacancy for offices is a high 20%. When the numbers are dug deeper, what is found that older B grade vacancy is nearly 40%. This implies that there is demand for newer A Grade offices and their vacancy is substantially lower.
