1️⃣ If saying no makes you feel guilty, you’ve been trained to neglect yourself.
I hate saying no to people, afraid of letting them down and also my inner FOMO, but then I’m drained, tired and cranky! 🤯 Haven’t had anytime to recharge.
We’ve had such a busy start to this year and I’m ready to hibernate for winter, not saying yes to everything and being guilt free about that! 🙌🏻
2️⃣ We are often running on autopilot which explains why we can sometimes take so long to succeed.
Days go by in a blur of being busy, household, kids, exercising and it can feel like Groundhog Day. It’s not bad but it’s comfortable and what I know so I’m on autopilot. But pushing out of my comfort zone is when change happens 🚀
3️⃣ A business can only ever be as healthy as its founder. Go for the walk. Get the sleep.
I’m guilty of not going for the walk and not getting the sleep 😳 I get totally consumed by my work (have always been this way), so setting boundaries is something I need to get better at. But I LOVE what I do so surely that counts for something?! 😅
4️⃣ If you’re doing 100% of anything, you’re doing it wrong.
Delegate. Accept help. Not my strong suit and yes it’s a control thing!! Working on it 🤪
5️⃣ If you want something you’ve never had, you must do something you’ve never done.
One thing I do like is pushing myself out of my comfort zone, it’s where I feel most energetic and passionate. I don’t regret anything I’ve done in life and I’m happy about that ❤️🔥
6️⃣ The mental load means always having to remember.
This one is so real - the invisible load that’s always there 🙇🏻♀️ All the thoughts and things you’re carrying not just for yourself but for your whole family. It doesn’t end 😔
