Ray has 24 years industry experience, including a number of roles with Mercer Investment Consulting, where he acted as Asia Pacific Head of Research and Technical Solutions, and as Senior Consultant on their Global Wealth team. He has also held roles with NAB, MLC, and ING earlier on in his career. He is father to two young boys and truly passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of his clients, and towards a sustainable world for all to enjoy into perpetuity.
