Big personal milestone - I’ve officially completed my Master of Financial Planning with Deakin University 🎓

This has been something I’ve been chipping away at for a while alongside work and life, so it feels great to finally cross the finish line.

Since the Banking Royal Commission, the way accountants provide advice has changed a lot. With constantly evolving FASEA requirements, I really believe accountants play an important role in delivering holistic advice especially for business owners who need commercial, tax, structuring and financial planning perspectives to work together when making big financial decisions.

Grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. Onwards and upwards 🙌

Back in Sydney and loving it!

After 12 amazing years on the West Coast, it’s time for a new chapter. Excited to be closer to our Sydney clients and to grow even stronger from here.

🙌 A big week at Armada!

Xerocon 2025 was impressive! The energy, production and scale were next level. For me, the biggest takeaway though was this:

Process > Features.
Shiny tools don’t build great practices, strong processes, client understanding and strategy do.

Xerocon 2025 reminded me that critical thinking is our most valuable tool. Tech evolves fast, but people, process and client outcomes will always come first for accountants. 🙌

Just landed in beautiful Brisbane for my very first !

Kicked things off with a fantastic pre-event session, not about the latest tech, but about what really makes a difference: people. It was a great reminder that while technology is a powerful tool, it's the people behind it who drive real impact.
