Today we're officially launching Luca learning. The Luca app is our new internal, agentic AI staff learning platform, built to help our people learn faster, smarter, and in ways that actually fit how we work.

Luca hasn’t appeared by magic. Behind the scenes, the Superworker team, PKF Australia’s national team and representatives from each office have been deep in the engine room. Designing, testing, breaking things, fixing them, and pushing the idea of learning beyond static modules and one-size-fits-all training.

This launch, along with our ongoing commitment to innovation, is designed to propel careers. Luca is here to support curiosity, build capability, and grow confidence as our work, our clients, and our industry continue to evolve.

At PKF, we’re proud to be taking meaningful steps on our Reconciliation journey.

As part of this commitment, we’ve introduced Cultural Awareness Training across all offices, delivered by Pindara Training Services and led by Andrew Johnston. The program encourages reflection, understanding, and respectful dialogue, helping our teams deepen their appreciation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, histories, and rights.

This training is now a core part of our employee induction program, ensuring every new team member begins their PKF journey with a strong foundation in cultural awareness and inclusion.

Our RAP is only the beginning. Together, we’re committed to walking this path with integrity, purpose, and respect, building a more inclusive Australia for all.

PKF Gold Coasts morning tea was pink on purpose🎀

This morning, our Gold Coast team hosted a heartfelt morning tea in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It was a time to come together, share stories, and show support for a cause that touches so many lives. 🌸

1 in 7 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime, a statistic that hits close to home for many of us at PKF.💖

That is why this October, we’re proud to stand in solidarity & raise awareness for all the mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, friends & families affected.
