Are you a contractor or are you an employee ?

Employers don't get caught short paying your contractors and employees, make sure you've checked how they should be paid

If you believe you have been paid wrong chase this up with your employer

Businesses can use this tool to work out whether a worker is an employee or contractor. It will give you a decision based on your answers to some questions.
