Pandanus Noosa Bookkeeping is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

Initially approximately 3-10 hours per week, with the opportunity for hours and responsibility to grow.

The ideal person will be an experienced bookkeeper who is confident managing a select group of clients end-to-end, with a high level of autonomy.

You’ll need to be confident with:

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who can review their own work, understand what the numbers are telling them and recognise when something doesn’t look right.

🌿 Initially 3–10 hours per week
🌿 Flexible working arrangement
🌿 Sunshine Coast / Noosa based business
🌿 Small, growing bookkeeping practice
🌿 Lovely long-term clients
🌿 Opportunity for the role to grow with the business

Experience working within a bookkeeping or accounting practice would be highly regarded.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone brilliant who might suit PNB please send me a private message or email [email protected] with a little about yourself and your experience.

It’s about having more time to do the work you love.

If you’re spending your evenings catching up on bookkeeping, maybe it’s time to let someone else handle the numbers.

I’ll look after the bookkeeping.

You get back to growing your business.

Hard launching.. PNB Learning Studio 🌿

So many people don’t just need someone to do the work. They want someone to teach them.

Whether you are:

🌿 Learning bookkeeping for your own business.

🌿 Dreaming of starting your own bookkeeping business.

🌿 Looking for proven systems to build a better practice.

PNB Learning Studio has been created for you.

If you were wondering where all my running, holiday and working on the fly with my laptop and kids stories had gone this year… this is my why! I have been working behind the scenes on this passion project that’s been growing in the background and I’m absolutely loving that I finally get to share it with you.

🥂 Here’s to building businesses that support our lives - not consume them (well, not all of the time anyway) 😉🤍

🤍 Exciting things are happening here at Pandanus Noosa Bookkeeping!

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many incredible business owners navigate the world of bookkeeping.

I have learnt:
✨ Not everyone needs the same level of support. Some business owners want someone to do it all for them. Others genuinely want to learn.

✨ Some aspiring bookkeepers are looking for guidance, mentoring and practical experience.

✨ Many experienced bookkeepers simply want better systems, processes and resources.

That’s why I’m so excited to be introducing, alongside Pandanus Noosa Bookkeeping:

🌿🌿 PNB Learning Studio 🌿🌿

For..

🤍 Business owners who want to confidently manage their own bookkeeping.

🤍 Aspiring bookkeepers looking for practical mentoring and real-world experience.

🤍 Bookkeepers wanting practical systems, checklists, templates and processes to build better practices.

This isn’t changing what we do at Pandanus Noosa Bookkeeping. We love our clients and our community so we are building on it.

I’m excited to share the journey with you and can’t wait to show you what’s coming next. 🤍

Sydney | ch*****ne | gratitude. 🥂✨

This weekend was one I’ll never forget.

While I didn’t take home the award, being named a finalist for Bookkeeper of the Year at the Australian Accounting Awards was an incredible honour and something I am immensely proud of.

Congratulations to Hayley Kalms - an incredible achievement and well deserved 🫶

Thank you to my clients, supporters, friends, family and everyone who has trusted me along the way. As always, every challenge, late night, lesson learned and leap of faith led here.

This recognition reminds me that success isn’t always about standing on the stage at the end of the night. Sometimes it’s about looking back and realising you’ve already achieved things you only dreamed about.

Forever thankful for my incredible team (family, friends and clients) who made the journey with me. Greg Lovegrove Rebekah Allen Laura Lovegrove - love you and love our adventures together - thank you 🙏🖤
