This role has been created to continue providing our team with the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* document prepping to remove pins, staples and other fasteners;
* scan and transition all files to digital format;
* check digitised images against physical files to ensure a true representation has been achieved during scanning; and
* index digital files in the proper location.

Your skills and experience:
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Previous office admin experience preferred;
* Self-motivated; and
* Team player
