This is hands on position, you will be:

- Serious about food
- Strict about food safety and hygiene systems
- Attention to detail
- Significant hands on experience
- Remaining calm under pressure and posses good attitude
- Experienced with ordering and stocktaking and directing cook or junior kitchen hand
- Keen to learn
- Have barista experience
- Work well within a team environment & possess the ability to train new staff
- Great customer service skills

The Position
We are seeking a qualified technician to join our positive & progressive service team. The role will include all facets of truck maintenance & repairs with electronic & mechanical diagnostics. We want our technicians to have outstanding knowledge & skills to repair the quality products we service. We offer overtime, afternoon shift & breakdown opportunities.

The Applicant
The successful technician will need to have an extensive truck repair background with good diagnostic skills. Some of the other attributes we are looking for are:

Be a team player.
Have a thirst for new knowledge & training.
Be honest, reliable & flexible.
Have a good eye for detail.
Be able to work unsupervised on & off site.
Sound written & computer skills.
