EOFY is fast approaching. The recent announcement by the Fair Work Commission of an increase to the national minimum wage is a good reminder to check the pay rates of all of your employees. Updates to award rates will be released soon and can be found at www.fairwork.gov.au

The Annual Wage Review decision has been announced by the Fair Work Commission and from 1 July 2025:

- the National Minimum Wage will increase to $948 per week or $24.95 per hour
- minimum award wages will increase by 3.5%.

The increase will apply from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2025.
