We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team! If you’re organised, friendly, and love keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Key duties include meeting & greeting clients, answering phones, managing email and mail correspondence, maintaining our client database, preparing letters, booking appointments, social media management, lodgement of compliance documents, scanning, and general admin assistance for our management team.
Ideal applicants will have strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs, high attention to detail, customer service and/or administration experience, good time management skills, and be punctual, reliable, and presentable.
