Wow what a budget last night! I understand there are a lot of questions and concerns. I'm currently working on some correspondence for my lovely clients to answer some of your concerns. In the meantime, please email me if you need to have a chat. Biggest thing I need to advise is for everyone take a breath and we will work through this.
I'm currently waiting for some more legislative correspondence to show me the ins and outs to the changes to capital gains, negative gearing and taxation in Trust.

💯 Yes! You need to tell us about all of your income, including any cash-in-hand income.

It doesn't matter if your wages or tips are paid in cash, or you get cash from online gigs, you need to report it in your tax return.

If you missed the super guarantee due date (28 January), and you didn’t pay:

✅ in full,
✅ on time
✅ to the right fund,

you need to lodge a super guarantee charge (SGC) statement and pay the SGC to us by 28 February.

🚧 Roadworks Advisory & Best Route to the Office
Please be aware that there are ongoing roadworks in the area, which may cause delays on the usual approach routes.

To avoid delays, the recommended route to the office is as follows:
1. Travel via Curtis Road
Enter Curtis Road and continue straight.
2. Turn down Stebonheath Road
From Curtis Road, turn into Stebonheath Road.
3. Turn down Peerless Road
Continue on Stebonheath Road until you reach Peerless Road, then turn.
4. Turn down Lakeland Road
Follow Peerless Road and turn into Lakeland Road, which leads you directly toward the office.
