So it looks like its another policy change. Interesting that it is only the ATO allowed to continue to charge a surcharge whilst all other business have to absob the cost... 🧐

: The Federal Government has paused a planned ban on credit card tax payments until next financial year following days of pushback from small business groups.

The move backtracks on an earlier Tax Office decision to stop card payments, ahead of upcoming surcharge rule changes.
