Please someone tell me it's Friday, Is it possible just to deduct tomorrow and call it Saturday eve

Did you know,

1. The Governments $1,000 minimum tax deduction isn't in place for the 2026 financial year, so don't get caught out over claiming

2. The ATO's data matching system and Austrac, monitor money moving around bank accounts, Crypto wallets, online transactions, when they say big brother is watching he is with improved technology

3. You can't just claim 5,000 km's no matter what your mate at the pub says, you still need to be able to justify what the claim is for, how you worked this out, and it isn't travelling from home to work.

4. You should start to notice your superannuation coming in more frequently with Pay day super, if you're not please ask your employer what they are doing with your retirement money

Every July, scammers increase their efforts by sending fake ATO texts and emails designed to steal your personal information or money.

Remember:
🔹 The ATO will never ask for your TFN, passwords or bank details via text or email.
🔹 Be cautious of urgent messages, unexpected refund offers, or links asking you to log in.

If something doesn't feel right:
✅ Don't click any links.
✅ Verify the message through the official ATO app or by calling the ATO directly.
✅ Or give us a call, we're happy to help you check whether it's genuine.

Taking a minute to verify could save you from becoming the next scam victim.

Lodging early ? - Are you prepared for an Audit

Employers have until today to finalise there STP, don't risk an audit by not having all your data accurate.

Ps the ATO has a lot of data already but many banks, dividends, ETF's etc are still to upload AVOID a definite Audit and don't lodge to early

If we have completed your tax last year did you know we can do your taxes via our online systems,

Your Tax Return is still completed by our in house accountants
Your Tax Return will still have the same attention to questions, deduction maximisations etc

This just allows you to complete your return without having an appointment as we know life gets busy.
