The Real Question for the Premiers of NSW and Qld, as well as the Prime Minister, is in the form of the Premiers Statement that Councils were responsible for Inspection and Enforcement on all Crown lands and that she is not responsible for the Criminal actions of Departments that her Government control? So you have every single Government department operating illegally and You State that it is the Councils that failed the Australian Nation by failing to do their job. Remember the expansion rates of Lantana Camara

These people are responsible directly for policies that the Premier then goes on to Create, He is responsible for handpicking the Biosecurity Queensland Ministerial Advisory Committee which they rejected me from Joining which is interesting in itself.
Did you know that I have asked many times to meet the Premier, Prime Minister, Agricultural Ministers, and heads of Bio Security on-site at these illegal infestations to explain the Global impacts and Climate Change impacts of Lantana Camara as well as its expansion rates and spread characteristics and the contact given to me by Mr. Mark Furner within BioSecurity Queensland Mr. Martin Hannah-Jones Stated that no one of his superiors would come to site to meet me to discuss this as there was nothing to be learned !!!!!!!!!!!!
It is of Grave concern when Government entities like these are openly stating that they will not come to sites that are illegally releasing Lantana Camara into the environment because there is nothing to be learned?
But what is scarier is Premiers and Prime Ministers who have had this information 3 years before the fires and still refuse to take responsibility for their criminal actions, Under Environmental law its a criminal act to Cause an environmental disaster by either your actions or Your failure to act. Considering the Fires then this is the most horrendous criminal act an breach of trust by those we elected.
The Premier indicated that its Councils who are responsible for this environmental disaster because it was their responsibility to inspect these sites like this one here, then for them to hand out Breach notices against Correctional Services as well as enforcement notices and if they fail to comply then under section 263 of the Bio-Security Act 2014 then it's their responsibility to take action to clean these materials up at the Departments costs and recover those costs !!!!!!!!! but the Premier is not responsible for the conduct of these departments or entities.
Now the Premier figures she is off the hook, Not responsible at all, no way, no how all good here. But Her Bio-Security Act 2014 actually states that if you knew better or you ought to have known better then you're done? and Both her statements and actions prove that she was aware of the level of these issues and failed to take action.
She took no action against Bio-Security QLD who are the most clueless organization when it comes to Lantana Camara next to Councils and their illegally conspiring with State Government departments to allow these materials to flourish in plain sight as well as across all lands Created the little fires we saw in 2019 and 2020. Yes, little fires because these expansion rates are Fact and they are their Facts which brings into perspective the Criminal conduct of all parties in allowing illegal distribution of Australias worst invasive species across all lands downstream and this fact was brought to the Prime Minister's attention and the previous Prime Ministers attention as well as the Premiers of NSW and QLD with no action being taken before the fires or after to educate themselves or make their Governments operate legally or ethically.
When you then consider that for over 30 Years all of these entities have known about Dieback in our Native forestry caused by Lantana Camara then their Record in environmental issues speaks for itself and surrounds us as do the fires when they leave Crown lands.
The real issues facing families though comes more from fires and property Value collapses caused by these Premiers and their failure to act. I am hopeful that with the coming elections that people look around themselves and their homes to see the tick-borne deadly diseases and just how close these are to your family and schools, your homes and your animals. Just like the ticks flooding closer and closer with their deadly disease that is killing our people then the fires will flow down the exact same water courses directly to your communities and homes as they did this year across 3 states and you have the Councils to thank for these fires on your doorsteps because the Premier said it was their responsibility to deal with this.

With Government and Council elections upon us, then it is important to look at Government Spread rates of Lantana camara.
Fun Fact, did you know they say in dry conditions and terrain then Lantana Camara spreads at 400 new plants per year for every single plant so in the second year that is 400 X 400 = 160,000

Then the next question is how foolish are people and trusting to allow these lies to stand.
3. This one is the most important of all and it states that these materials cannot be allowed to leave the properties they are on and this was put there to protect YOU and YOUR Families. This legal statement was put there to protect our lands and our heritage, to protect our Fauna and Flora before the fires consume everything.
These legal obligations are written that way that if you do not meet your legal obligations then the courts will support the entry of your property by Council, or Council and their Contract crews at massive costs and the Costs of this will be paid BY YOU and your family.
If you decide you cannot afford it then that is ok because all works will be carried out at your expense and the Courts Under section 263 of the Bio-Security Act 2014 will apply these monies to your Rates so the monies are recovered at the sale of your property !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now any advisory board is supposed to be made up of experts?
Then can you understand how any Biosecurity Queensland Ministerial Advisory Committee would not be able to identify Lantana Camara growing on roadsides and water courses and that these people would be completely clueless as to the LEGAL requirements under the Bio-Security Act 2014 and why Councils were allowed by the Premier to circumvent the law and allow National Parks to explode the levels of Lantana Camara through all National Parks lands and why TMR/ Main Roads was allowed by Councils to flood your lands with illegally grown lantana? Why the water board was also allowed to do this by Councils.
Fun Fact, its illegal then why has the Courts not dealt with this? I have written to the Attorney General many times asking this and remember this is Government Corruption and Court Corruption that has gone on for decades and the Courts openly state in section 263 of the Bio-Security Act 2014 that claiming lack of money is no legal defence and worse than that, every single entity will state that they have no exemptions from this law?
Then why does every Council from the Daintree to the Victorian border Wilfully Circumvent both environmental law and the Bio-Security Act 2014 ? and why does the Courts pretend this can be allowed,

They certainly had the legal obligations to operate morally and ethically and this is what you must vote on in the Council elections and then the state ones that follow, just deal with the Facts at hand, and consider the fact that not one of these departments can actually take action because the Premiers and Prime Ministers actually control policies and not one of these individuals took any action before the fires on these illegal issues even though they had reams of information of why they should care as well as action plans created by me to explain the Gravity of this corruption and the Cost to the nation.
If we want better leadership and safe communities then we must demand proper representation and we must understand that the fires coming from this will never stop increasing until we deal with the criminals running the system.
When we allow them to operate above the law with such disgraceful outcomes then it's our families and the world around us that pays the price and the fires that are coming soon are going to make everything we saw so far look like a Tea party, Its simple mathematics and they are skyrocketing while we ignore the impacts to Global warming and Climate change from Lantana Camara, We will Start this war and fight this war eventually because the fires will force us into the Corner, But we must punish those that caused this, Remember its a $250 Billion Dollar low-risk issue growing at 40 billion a year so at what point do you think we should deal with it?
when do we see land prices drop to 50% of the un-infested price? we are already there because of illegal operations of councils so vote on that one, Vote of the Deaths of all the animals and Flora, the Tick populations that are exploding and the fact that this disease is killing our Families as well as the animals, Native and Domestic.

Lantana Removal Queensland is the only legal operation able to remove and Eradicate Lantana Camara and we operate out of Sth East Qld but go anywhere the work is, Costs are high in dealing with lantana ethically and morally but the Costs are 10 times that if you allow this material to expand and take over and even higher if you allow Councils to write off your entire shire which every one of them from the Daintree to the Victorian Border does, then your 1 million Dollar property is worth around 500 to 600 K so now your openly faced with those sorts of Costs and its all because you allowed them to continue to operate illegally.

The Prime Minister Surely will respond to the Fact that Councils all over the Nation have been operating outside of the law, they have been misleading Courts will prosecuting Land Manager/owners when in fact they had thousands of Kilometers Locally and tens of thousands of acres themselves infested and released to the environment for the Last 30 years, Add to that the Fact that NPWS, Main Roads, SEQW and the NSW Variant, Energex, Ergon, Rail all operate outside of the Bio Security Act of 2014 and still he pretends he is deaf.
I would have thought that the Laws that Cover this should be up held in all Cases, The DAF, DPI and DNRME all State that there is no special clauses for any of these entities which there never should be then we must ask our Prime Minister to PLEASE EXPLAIN and My be the Premiers of NSW and QLD better explain as well because they have been aware of this for the last 10 to 12 months and they to have a hearing issue?
But I really do not like that the Courts have been mislead, they have upheld Councils positions while finding in the Councils Favor but never being made aware of the Councils illegal activities in Release Millions of Hectares of Lantana to the environment every day.
Where the Councils and other entities have lantana now Growing Proves categorically that they are Clueless, As are the experts at DAF, DPI, DNRME or they are powerless to enforce the act against Government agencies or does it run far deeper than that, Councils Claim Massive areas of Australia are written off because State Governments secretly changed the Classification of Lantana to Low Risk, but Not one person will tell you were these areas that have been written off are, so Maybe Mr Morrison could make a few Calls and find out and show us on the map, Also they Claim that the State Government has now called Lantana Naturalized at 10 Million Hectares and all eradication operations have ceased but there is no operations Nationally to meet the Growth Rate, So Premiers and Mr Scott Morrison I would love to know what the Plan is because as I indicated many times the next 10 years will Quadruple this material alone without the other 31 w**ds of national Disgrace.
