Nine years. That's how long Dylan has officially been part of Camtech & Slater, and if you've ever worked with us, you already know he's the backbone of this place.

Our senior accountant keeps everything moving behind the scenes. He thinks long term, he knows his stuff inside and out, and he'll always give you a straight answer, even when it's not the one you were hoping for.

The ATO has backflipped. You can keep paying your tax and BAS by credit card until 30 June 2027.

It was meant to end on 30 November. Now it’s sticking around for another seven months.

Your BAS due dates haven’t changed, but how you pay just got a little more flexible. That’s breathing space for your cash flow.

His answers say a lot about how we work. No surprises over a big refund. Planning the ute purchase in March, not panic buying on 29 June. Paying yourself first. Building a war chest so you’ve got breathing space when you need it. Checking your numbers weekly, not just at tax time.

We will be closed Thursday 8 October 🗓️

Our office will be closed tomorrow, Thursday 8 October while the whole team takes part in office-wide training.

Phones and emails will be unattended for the day, so we may be a little slower than usual to get back to you. We'll be back to business as usual on Friday 9 October.

October’s a busy one. Here’s everything due this month 👇

📌 7 Oct: Payroll tax monthly return (September wages)
📌 14 Oct: CoINVEST return, July to September
📌 21 Oct: Monthly BAS and PAYG
📌 24 Oct: Incolink contributions (September hours)
📌 28 Oct: Quarterly BAS, July to September

Heads up: super isn’t quarterly anymore. Since 1 July, it’s due within 7 business days of every payday.

Lodging through us? Your BAS date may be later. We’ll let you know.
