⚠️ Important Reminder for Business Owners ⚠️

We’re seeing an increase in letters being sent to companies regarding annual company statements and business name renewals - purposely designed to look official.

These are commonly issued by third-party providers (not ASIC), and may request payment for services you’re already covered for.

If you’re a client of ours, there’s nothing additional you need to do. We manage your company annual company statement and will be in touch directly when it falls due to ensure everything remains compliant.

Attached are examples of recent letters sent to some of our vigilant clients, who rightly checked in with us before taking action.

If you receive anything similar and you’re unsure - send it through to us first. We’re here to help you avoid unnecessary costs and keep everything on track.
