With the 2025–26 financial year now in motion, it’s a great time for individuals and business owners to get clear on their finances, how to minimise tax where possible, and plan ahead rather than scrambling later.

This carnival is all about building awareness around youth mental health and creating strong, safe spaces for our kids to grow. The 15’s main event will be played in honour of Jay Jay Clarke, with teams battling for the Jay Jay Clarke Memorial Cup 🏆

From 1 July 2024, if you’re eligible, you can claim 70 cents for each hour you’ve WFH throughout the 2024-25 income year.

The expenses covered by this amount are:

⚡ electricity and gas
📱 phone and internet
📚 stationery
🖨️ computer consumables (paper, printer ink etc).

You can’t claim a separate deduction for these, anywhere else in your return.

Not long now and it will be the new financial year!
