AML/CTF reforms are on the way, and they’re a big deal for real estate, conveyancing, legal, accounting, trust and company service providers, and dealers in high‑value goods. From 1 July 2026, many of these “Tranche 2” businesses will need to enrol with AUSTRAC and have an AML/CTF program in place to manage money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
