Ross Hultgren joined the business some 10 years later, eventually purchasing the financial planning arm from Frank in 2002 and branching out into Chapman Welsh Financial Services. After a hiatus which included many travels, Frank returned to the financial advice industry in 2012 and launched Community Financial Services. Community Financial Services and Chapman Welsh share a common goal of nurturing long term trusted relationships whilst providing tailored advice to help their clients navigate the many stages of life. And because of this key alignment and connection, the decision was made to bring both businesses together from 2023 and start a new exciting era as Community Chapman Welsh.
