I am a CPA qualified and Registered Tax Agent preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals and businesses. Did you know that the indexation is applied to the loan on 1st June each year?

The indexation rate has been announced at 2.8% for this year.

If you want to reduce your balance prior to indexation, then the payment will need to be made by 26 May.
