HQB is swapping spreadsheets for scorecards. 🎳
Our office will be closing from midday on Tuesday, 21 October while the team heads out for an afternoon of lawn bowls.
We will be back on deck the following business day, hopefully with our pride intact and at least one person who knows how the scoring works.

December is easier when October does the planning.

For many businesses, the next few months bring staff leave, supplier cut-offs, customer deadlines, stock planning, cash flow timing issues, debtor pressure and the classic ‘can this be done before Christmas?’ email.

Now is a good time to look ahead.

Are staff leave plans clear?
Are supplier dates known?
Are cash flow peaks and dips visible?
Are customers likely to delay payment?
Are stock or project timelines realistic?

December is much easier when October does some of the thinking.
