What. A. Team!!
All women (at the moment anyways).
And not a cat fight in sight.
It’s something we hear people joke about — or expect — but the reality couldn’t be further from it.
What we have is a team of women who support each other, respect each other, and genuinely want to see one another do well. A team where most have worked alongside each other for 15+ years — growing not just professionally, but personally too.
This isn’t about being an “all-female team” for the sake of it. We’ve had men as part of our team before, and they’ve been just as valued.
At the centre of that is Mel.
A quiet, steady example of leadership done right.
No ego. No drama. Just consistency, clarity, and care.
