“Behind every strong person is a story that shaped them.

For Carlos Rodriguez, this year’s Sunshine Coast Kokoda Challenge was more than just a physical challenge.

It was a journey completed in memory of his mother, Amalia Rodriguez, who passed away on the 10th of May 2023.

Her passing, so close to Mother’s Day, made the 9th and 10th of May deeply emotional and meaningful dates for him.

The Kokoda Challenge tested Carlos physically, mentally, and emotionally.

There were difficult moments along the way, but he kept going with determination, strength, and purpose.
And he finished the challenge in honour of his mother.

Those who work with Carlos see that same resilience every day at AspireNow.

No matter how challenging things become, he continues to push forward for his clients, his team, and the people who trust him.

This experience reminds us all that every moment is precious.
Life moves quickly, and time with the people we love should never be taken for granted.
