Business Development Executive – Accounting & Tax Services
💰 Salary & Target-Based Commission
First 6 Months:
💵 AED 2,000/month
➕ Target-based commission
After Successful Completion of 6 Months:
💵 AED 4,000/month
➕ Target-based commission
The commission is performance-based and linked to the successful achievement of agreed business development and client acquisition targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and approach potential business clients across Abu Dhabi and the UAE
✅ Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and other business development activities
✅ Promote Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, E-Invoicing, and Business Advisory services
✅ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients
✅ Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
✅ Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into customers
✅ Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
✅ Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets
📋 Requirements
✅ Valid UAE residence visa
✅ UAE sales or business development experience preferred
✅ Experience in selling accounting, tax, consultancy, professional, or B2B services is an advantage
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong negotiation and presentation skills
✅ Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Strong relationship-building and client acquisition skills
