Nine years later(4/1/17)… and some days it still doesn’t feel real. 💔

I miss my mom in ways words can’t even begin to explain. There’s a space in my heart that no one else can fill… a void that time hasn’t touched. People say it gets easier, but the truth is…you just learn how to carry it.

I would give anything for one more hug, one more conversation, one more I love you.

If you still have your mother here, love on her a little extra today… because this kind of pain is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

🎂✨ Emotional but Thankful Birthday Post ✨🎂

Another year around the sun… and this one hit different. I’ve been through heartbreak, healing, lessons, growth, and quiet nights where I had to remind myself to keep going. I’ve cried, I’ve laughed, I’ve prayed, I’ve fallen apart and still showed up.

This birthday isn’t about the turn-up it’s about gratitude. About thanking The Most High for keeping me when I didn’t even feel like keeping myself. About giving myself grace for the things I didn’t know, and love for the woman I’m still becoming.

I’ve lost some people, learned who’s real, and found peace in my own company. I may not have everything I want, but I thank The Most High for everything I need.

So today I’m choosing peace, love, and a soft heart no matter what tried to harden it. Happy Birthday to me 💕

I realize more & more how intimidating it is to be such a woman of character, humble, resilient & strong at my age. I don’t need a crowd to validate me. I don’t indulge in goofiness to be accepted or to feel secure. There’s nothing I’ve been through that can break nor shame me. I am who I AM! & I wouldn’t change that for all the money in the world. I LOVE ME SOME ME!! Everyday I pray that the Most High continues to mold me into the woman I am & destined to be!!✨🤏🏾

🚨 BUSINESS TAX DEADLINE REMINDERS 🚨

Please do not wait until the last minute.

📌 MARCH 16, 2026
✅ Form 1120-S — S Corporations
✅ Form 1065 — Partnerships / LLCs taxed as partnerships

For calendar-year filers, these returns are generally due by the 15th day of the 3rd month after year-end. Because March 15, 2026 falls on a Sunday, the deadline moves to Monday, March 16, 2026.

📌 IMPORTANT FOR S CORPS
S corporations must file Form 1120-S and provide each shareholder with Schedule K-1 by the due date.

📌 APRIL 15, 2026
✅ Form 1120 — C Corporations

For calendar-year C corporations, Form 1120 is generally due by the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of the tax year.

📌 NEED MORE TIME?
✅ File Form 7004 by the regular due date to request an automatic extension.
✅ 1120-S / 1065 generally extend to September 15, 2026
✅ 1120 generally extends to October 15, 2026

⚠️ REMINDER:
An extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay any tax due.
