If you opened an LLC through LegalZoom or another self-service platform, your business may not be fully set up.

I’ve worked with several clients this year who believed they were completely registered, only to find they were missing their Kentucky Corporate ID number. Getting a Federal EIN and filing with the Kentucky Secretary of State is not the only part of the process — there are additional steps required to ensure your LLC is fully compliant and properly established in Kentucky.

I’ve handled this process many times and would be happy to help you get your LLC started the right way. I complete the full setup process and, in many cases, my services cost less than some of the self-service options.

OVERTIME DEDUCTION

If you received overtime pay during 2025, we will need your last paystub of the year to calculate your deduction. Please bring year end paystubs when you come in to file.

If you have received this, it is NOT AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT!!!

I have had several clients message me asking what it is. The annual report is due in June and is $15. This company is trying to trick people into paying them $115 for a $15 report thats not even due until June.

This is absolutely not a required official document.

There are just over two weeks left until the April 15 deadline to file your taxes. If you haven't filed yet, we hope to see you soon.

If you have dropped off your return, your return will not be filed until you come in to sign and pay

Returns dropped off after Saturday April 12 are not guaranteed to be completed by April 15, but we can file an extension for you.
