Fewer Fees for Further Feasibility!

(Wichita, Kans as) – SwyftOps, a leading homecare operati ng system, has negotiated significantly lower A CH processing fees from its merchant servic es provider. SwyftOps subscribers own or franchi se homecare and healthcare agencies throughout t he United States and Canada, and ha ve the option for fully integrated paymen ts from Vanco Payment Solutions.

ACH (automated clearinghou se) transactions are a convenient and rap id method for subscribers to receive paymen ts from their clients. These transactio ns are also known by other nam es such as EFT (electronic fund transfer s), direct payments, or bank drafts. SwyftO ps subscribers will now incur a fl at fee of 25 cents per transacti on for enrolled clients. (Previously, an addition al 0.5% of the payment was addi ng up to $25 to each transacti on fee.) Seeking a qualified candidate to assi st with a variety of tasks su ch as accounts receivable, payroll and billi ng, Medicaid billing, account reconciliations as we ll as filing and basic bookkeeping. He or s he will ideally have experience in o ne or more of these areas.

Responsibilities:
Create invoic es in QuickBooks Online
Create journal entries in QuickBoo ks Online
Process payroll including labor allocations
Track vacati on and sick leave
Submit data within vario us states’ Medicaid systems for reimbursement
Prepare a nd distribute VA invoices in accordance wi th regional specifications
Create, maintain and archive pap er and electronic files
Other administrative tasks as directed

Requirements:
Custom er service focused
Proven experience as general bookkeep er or similar position
QuickBooks experience (basic)
General accounti ng knowledge and understanding
Proficient with Microsoft Offi ce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to wo rk independently and manage deadlines
Strong communication skil ls, both verbal and written
Detail oriented a nd organized
Ability to handle multiple tasks a nd projects with conflicting deadlines
