You still got time while they fool around with interest rates if you want to buy that house to get your fico scores together because the Market not going to change to Next Spring/Summer. You got enough time. If you just follow the basic rules to outwit the Fico Score System with everything you do anyway. You work, you do direct deposit but you depositing into the wrong card. The bank debit card is not the one. You pay your bills with the wrong card not the bank debit card.

Anybody talking to me I was busy today get to tomorrow. I did go to Navy Federal and get this truck refinance. Now my husband he bought two years ago and I didn't know how much interest he paid come to find out 16.9% woah...So I been talking to him for a year a hardheaded man about refinancing the truck at Navy Federal never listens to me.

So finally he do it and get a 5.99% only had to add another year. No biggie. And they gave him a home improvement loan for the air conditioner fix which is $4800 all in one swoop. So that was about $37k to refinance and Home Improvement loan. So with that said if it was a bank they would of said nope. Get out of them banks. Credit Unions Only.

I kept telling him for years he had Navy Federal for 40 years hardly used it. lol He a hard head man. When it comes to finance stuff he never listens to me and I am the one knowing stuff LOL!. I can't. But he all happy now. But you let Ford talk you into that high interest though. When you had Navy Federal all along. I just stay out of stuff. LOL Men and there egos. 🤣

By the way all Navy Federal check is Transunion. If you have a new account I would have all my direct deposit going in and split money in savings so you can establish a relationship but they not hard on you like a bank. I love Credit Unions never used banks since I was 19 and started working for the government. The husbands just kept using them dam banks though. 🤣 Can't tell a hard head nothing.

I bet your credit the same all Summer. What I been doing well I need my air condition fix $4800 just asked Navy Federal to Home Improvement that venture. Dam but it is on now that I paid $400 just for Freon because it has a leak in the coils in a 6 year old house. So suspect they damaged it putting it in. So who got to pay me warranty over. Dam. 🙃 That how they get you in these new homes that not the first thing I had to replace. Stove and Hot Water Heater they put it in wrong and my whole Circuit breaker box changes switches half way through I got another one to change and that $70 a pop plus labor so like $200 everytime I call the electrician. Now it is the other half of kitchen plugs. I really think they don't inspect these big builders and nothing you can do about it once you buy it is on you when that warranty is over. I probably have less problems with a renovated older house.
