I'm a mother to a beautiful baby girl and wife to an absolutely amazing husband! I've worked as a finance professional for over 20 years. I love all things NUMBERS - especially with dollar signs in front of them!! Fall is my favorite season, and the outdoors rejuvenates my soul. When I see hilly streets, I desire to run them! It is my belief that joy comes from your heart and it is a choice to renew your joy each day.

Happy Good Friday! ✝️
just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life—a ransom for many.”
Matthew 20:28 (HCSB)

Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks, He gave it to them and said, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood ⌊that establishes⌋ the covenant; it is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins.

My 19-month old LOVES to read! We visit the library often and check out 20 books at a time. We are making progress in the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten (https://1000booksbeforekindergarten.org)
reading program. Reading with her has expanded her vocabulary and awareness. There are many ways to keep her engaged and make books exciting. We play games such as “can you find the caterpillar” anytime we read Eric Carle’s
books or “what is this” while pointing at different pictures in books.

What books do you recommend for a toddler?

I can attest that with a positive mindset, hope in your heart of what you want to achieve, and confidence in your own abilities will propel you to
meet your goals.

There was a time I lost both hope and confidence, which was the breaking point, I threw in the towel and gave up on a dream.

Thank God that I have a very strong support system to help pick me up and restore my
faith to reach one of my goals.

If you are struggling with hope and self-confidence, find small wins that you can celebrate. Create more small goals that you can achieve to gain more of those wins to boost your confidence and build your hope

The first step is contacting the employer, payer or issuing agency to request copies of the missing document or a corrected document.

If you still haven’t received a copy, contact the IRS. You will need to provide your personal information (name, address, phone number, SSN) and dates of employment. Also, you will need to provide the employer’s or payer’s name, address and phone number. The IRS will contact the employer or payer and request the missing form.

If you do not receive the missing form in time, you will need to complete Form 4852 or Form 1099-R to estimate your wages and earnings, then attach the relevant form to your tax return when you file.

Employees don't have to report tip amounts of less than $20 per month per employer. For larger amounts, employees must report tips to the employer by the 10th of the month following the month the tips were received.

• Cash tips include those received directly from customers, electronically paid tips distributed to the employee by their employer and tips received from other employees under any tip-sharing arrangement. All cash tips must be reported to the employer, who must include them on the employee’s Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement.
• Noncash tips are those of value received in any other medium than cash, such as: tickets, passes or other goods or commodities a customer gives the employee. Noncash tips aren't reported to the employer but must be reported on a tax return.
• Any tips the employee didn't report to the employer must be reported separately on Form 4137, Social Security and Medicare Tax on Unreported Tip Income, to include as additional wages with their tax return. The employee must also pay the employee share of Social Security and Medicare tax owed on those tips.

The gig economy is activity where people earn income providing on-demand work, services or goods, such as selling goods online, driving a car for deliveries or renting out property. Often, it’s through a digital platform like an app or website.
Taxpayers must report income earned from the gig economy on a tax return, even if the income is:
• From part-time, temporary or side work.
• Paid in any form, including cash, property, goods or digital assets
• Not reported on an information return form like a Form 1099-K, 1099-MISC, W-2 or other income statement.
