We're a flat-fee, fiduciary firm specializing in retirement transition planning for thoughtful professionals navigating sabbaticals, phased retirement, and work-optional next chapters. No AUM incentives or product sales. This is planning-centered work.
This role starts at ~10 hours per week, with significant growth paths including a flexible advisor track for the right person.

→ Have 3+ years of paraplanning or financial planning experience and active Series 65/66 or CFP® credentials
