Hey guys! Wow what a tax season so far! Thank you to everyone that has sent referral business. If you have not heard back I am sorry for the delay. However, I’m working very hard to catch up. Someone should be reaching back out to you in the next couple of days. If you have referred someone and they may not be my Facebook friend please let them know we are working hard to catch up! Once again for being patient with me and my girls as we work through all these referrals and returning clients! Also please remember to text instead of call it’s easier for us to keep up with text messages!

Hey guys just wanted to give an update! We are still going through emails and text messages. The love has been unreal! I appreciate each and every customer. Please be patient as I think everyone may have emailed and texted all at the same time lol. I do have Caitlin, Makaleigh and Louranda helping this year with scheduling and responding and printing emails out. You should be hearing from us soon! Also just a little update on Bowen he’s doing great!

📢 New Policy Update – Please Read

As my business continues to grow and appointment times fill quickly, I’m implementing a new scheduling policy to better serve all clients.

❌ No-Show Policy

Due to high demand and limited availability, clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to:

• Pay a $25–$50 no-show fee before booking another appointment
OR
• Be moved to drop-off status for the remainder of the season

🔁 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.

Tax Season Update 💼

Tax season is in full swing, and I’m working through tax returns, messages, and calls as quickly as I can. Please remember I’m a one-person business and also work a full-time job, so most tax work is done after 5 PM and on weekends.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this busy time. I’m so thankful for each of my clients and your continued support, it means more to me than you know. I promise I’m working hard to take care of everyone as quickly and carefully as possible. Thank y’all so much!
