Hello! My name is Chloe Wells, and I'm an Enrolled Agent who serves as a staff accountant here at GBE! I was born and raised in Concordia, Missouri and graduated from Concordia University Nebraska, where I studied accounting and marketing. I interned at GBE throughout college, and it was here where I discovered my enthusiasm for preparing taxes. Although I like a variety of tax situations, I especially enjoy church worker taxes. I grew up surrounded by church workers, so I understand the importance of educating our clients on how to navigate their taxes. My husband, Jackson and I live in Lincoln and love anything movie or theater related. We have both been involved with Olde Glory Theater in Seward and have loved being able to connect with the Seward community through it. When we aren't on or behind stage, we enjoy spending time with our families (especially our adorable nephews and niece), hanging out with our cat and playing video games together. I look forward to continuing to grow in my career at GBE and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with our clients and help them with their tax, bookkeeping or payroll needs!

My name is Jesse Skelton, and I am a Partner at GBE in the Osceola location. I was born and raised on my family farm in Hayes County and graduated from Wauneta-Palisade High School. In 2012, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Mathematics, from Concordia University, and I received my CPA certificate in 2015. I began my career at the Nebraska State Auditor’s Office, where I worked for more than a year before joining GBE. My wife, Raegan, our son, Jackson, and I attend St. Paul Lutheran Church in Osceola. In my free time, I enjoy farming, sports, and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Landrey Mars! I’m currently studying accounting at Concordia University Nebraska, where I’m building the foundation for a career rooted in precision, integrity, and service. This past spring, I married my husband, Patrick, and we’re thrilled to be starting this exciting new chapter together. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work at GBE, where I can gain hands-on experience and learn from a team of dedicated professionals. Hello! My name is Keith Spilker, and I’m a Staff Accountant at GBE. I am a retired actuary and have worked as a seasonal employee during tax season only since 2022. My career as an actuary primarily involved financial reporting and corporate planning. So, still working with numbers. I completed my Enrolled Agent requirements in 2023 allowing me to sign and represent clients regarding their tax return. I am a lifelong resident of Lincoln and graduated from UNL. My wife Jana and I have two adult sons. The oldest is an astronomy professor at Texas A&M and the youngest works in Lincoln for the Arbor Day Foundation. We have an infant granddaughter who we are trying our hardest to spoil. If you are walking down Seward Street in front of GBE during tax season my office is in the front corner by the alley. Give me a wave or wrap on the window. I have enjoyed my time with GBE and look forward to working with you in the coming years.
