Big congratulations to all the graduates out there!

Graduation season always brings a mix of excitement, pride, nerves, and a lot of unknowns. It’s the beginning of a brand new chapter, not just for students, but for families too.

For many young adults, this is the first real step into financial independence. Learning how to budget, save consistently, manage debt responsibly, and start investing early may not seem exciting now, but those habits can shape so much of the future.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping families through transitions like this. Financial planning is not only about retirement years down the road. It’s also about helping the next generation build confidence, make smart decisions, and create a healthy relationship with money from the start.

There’s something powerful about women coming together.

Not just to connect, but to support, encourage, and learn from one another. In a profession that has traditionally been male dominated, moments like these remind me how important it is to create space for women to grow, lead, and lift each other up.

I’ve always believed that success is not meant to be built alone. The strongest communities are the ones where women are sharing experiences, offering guidance, and helping one another move forward with confidence.

Grateful to be surrounded by women who are doing meaningful work and showing what leadership can look like in so many different ways.

Happy Mother’s Day!

I’ve been thinking a lot about the example my mom set for me. Her strength, her values, and the way she showed up for our family shaped so much of who I am today.

She taught me the importance of resilience, leading with integrity, and caring deeply for the people around you. Those lessons have stayed with me in every season of life, both personally and professionally.

Now, as a mom, I find myself trying to pass those same values on to my daughters. To raise them with confidence, compassion, and a strong sense of who they are and what they’re capable of.

There’s something really special about seeing those values carry forward from one generation to the next.

Today is a celebration of the women who came before us, the ones we are today, and the ones we are raising for tomorrow.
