The IRS has started to crack down more and more. They are catching a lot more than they used to. It's not worth it. Just be honest and report the truth.

If you own a business, you need to plan for self employment taxes. The bigger picture is more important. Your social security benefits are based on what you report on your Schedule C.

We can plan to reduce taxes legally and within the tax code, but you can't plan for the past.

2027 planning and year end 2026 planning has to be done before 12/31.

November is knowledge-November at FAS.

Exactly! You don't need loan documents when you put money into your own business.

You also don't give yourself a 1099-NEC from your own business as the owner.

Both things are pointless and have no benefit.
