Growing up as the youngest of six and losing her mother at just six years old, Sophia learned early on the strength it takes to adapt, survive, and love unconditionally. Emancipated at 16 and a mother by 17, she worked tirelessly to build a life for herself and her son, overcoming countless obstacles with faith as her foundation. Today, Heart of Sophie offers wellness and business development services designed to uplift, empower, and inspire.
