2. The purpose of this page is to provide an additional avenue for students to ask questions about their school refund or account; however, please keep in mind of all the ways in which you can contact us for assistance:
--For personalized assistance from a Customer Care Agent, you may contact us at 1-877-327-9515 between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET, 7 days a week.
--For general inquiries from our automated system such as refund status, balance info or to report your card lost or stolen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you may contact us at 1-877-327-9515.
--To get questions answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our interactive FAQ database, simply follow these steps: log in to your account, click the "FAQs" icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. As part of our commitment to you, we’ll do our best to ensure the postings on our page are in line with our mission. However, because we can’t monitor every posting or conversation, we expect that users will not add content that falls into the following categories. We reserve the right to remove postings that are:

BankMobile Disbursements is a technology solution that processes and disburses student financial aid credit balances on behalf of colleges and university administrations, plus offers a payroll service to institutions to distribute paychecks to both students and employees. As of 7:30 pm ET the global vendor outage has now been resolved, and our mobile and web application is now available to access. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Due to a global vendor outage on 10/29/25, our mobile and web applications are currently unavailable. Our teams are working to resolve this issue and currently do not have a resolution timeframe. We will provide an update once the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, you may continue to use your debit card for purchases and withdrawals.

Service disruption: Saturday, November 23, 2024

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to our systems from 12:00AM ET until 6:00 AM ET on Saturday, November 23, 3024. During this time, our online and mobile banking applications will be unavailable. If your debit card is turned off and you plan to use it during the maintenance window, please be sure to turn it on ahead of time.
