Mother's Day means a little more to me each year.

As a mom of two young girls, I think often about the example I'm setting, how I show up, how I handle challenges, and how I define success. I want them to grow up knowing they can build lives they're proud of, without limitations.

Motherhood has made me more intentional, both at home and in my career, and given me a deeper appreciation for all that moms juggle every day.
