So much meat in every page so far. Reading and dissecting this book in a group setting is something else!

So many confuse the word "humble" with poor.

There's company's that were DRIVEN from Good to GREAT! Nothing happens by coincidence. You reap the rewards of serving others and thinking future generations.

CEOs that are described as Level 5 CEOs are focused more on the 20 year outcome than the instant gratification. In comparison to those who seek celebrity status and sought praise, once they left, the company would reduce performance. Some even cut corners to increase their own profits.

You have the power to make a difference. It might not be fast but IF you stay focused, everyone will wonder how you did it.

They'll ask for shortcuts but aren't willing to do what you did or what you went through.

How to Secure Your Family if You Pass

Death is a guarantee of life, though the exact day is never known. Although nobody ever wants to think about passing away and leaving behind a family, it’s better to plan for the event rather than react to it.

The last thing anyone would want to do is to leave loved ones scrambling around trying to figure out how to continue living after their provider has passed. So, while the day is hopefully in the very far future, here are some tips for securing your family should you die.

Once there lived a poor Scottish farmer who’s name was Fleming. One day, while trying to make out a living for his family, he heard a cry from a nearby wet muddy ground. He dropped his tool and ran to that bog. There, he saw a terrified boy stuck to his waist in that black muck. He was screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the boy from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the farmer's meager surroundings. An elegantly-dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Fleming had saved. "I want to repay you”, said the nobleman. You saved my son's life.” No, I cannot accept payment for what I did”, the Scottish farmer replied, waving off the offer.

At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the home. Is that your son?' the nobleman asked. Yes, ' he replied proudly. I’Il make you a deal. Let me take him and give him a good education. If the boy is like his father, he will grow into a man you can be proud of.

And that he did. In time, Fleming's son graduated from St Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin. Years afterward, the nobleman's son was stricken with pneumonia. And what saved him? Penicillin. The name of the nobleman was Lord Randolph Churchill, and his son's name was Sir Winston Churchill.

Winston Churchill was an inspirational statesman, writer, orator and leader who led Britain to victory in the Second World War. He served as Conservative Prime Minister.
