Long‑Term Care —
You can ignore the conversation, but you can’t ignore the math.
And without a plan, your family pays the price.
70% of people over age 65 will need help with basic daily tasks at some point.
That’s not opinion. It’s cold, hard math.
When there’s no plan in place, the burden doesn’t fall on a government program.
It falls on your spouse.
It falls on your adult children.
It falls on the people you care about most.
A lack of planning turns loved ones into caregivers, disrupts careers, drains savings, and creates stress that can fracture families.
You can delay the conversation.
You can’t delay the consequences.
If you want clarity on what this looks like for your situation, the link is in the comments.

Long‑Term Care isn’t for you. It’s for the people you love.
Long‑Term Care is the #1 reason retirements get destroyed.
Not the market. Not taxes. Care.
I watched it hit my own family.
My dad went from occasional memory lapses, to part‑time adult day care to full‑blown memory care in an assisted living facility — in under six months.
That’s how fast life can change
Here’s the part most families never get to say:
My mom didn’t go broke.
Because they had a Long‑Term Care plan.
It paid.
Every month.
No panic.
No drained savings.
No spouse financially wiped out.
And here’s the truth:
If you don’t have a Long‑Term Care plan, your retirement plan is incomplete — and you’re leaving your family at risk emotionally and financially.
My new LTC page shows how to fix that before life forces your hand.

Most people think they have a retirement plan — but what they really have is a collection of investments that aren’t coordinated or working together.

I’ve seen this over and over again, and it’s one of the biggest reasons people feel uncertain about retirement even when they’ve saved well.

To help fix that, I built the Complete Retirement Plan, using research from The American College, Ernst & Young, Tom Hegna, and others. It’s designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to the retirement conversation.

I just finished the final piece: a 15‑question assessment that shows whether your retirement plan is truly complete or if there are gaps you may not be aware of.

If you’d like to see where you stand, here’s the link:

Who are you receiving your retirement advice from?

~ A neighbor?
~ A family member?
~ Your broker or insurance agent?
~ Dave Ramsey?

All may be well intentioned.

But are they truly qualified to guide you into something as important as your retirement?

With retirement, you only get one chance to get it right.

Most retirement plans are incomplete.

I fix incomplete retirement plans — so you can actually retire.

Talking about your own death is uncomfortable — but it’s inevitable.
The real question is whether your family or business is ready for that day.
Most aren’t, and that’s what puts families and businesses at risk — that lack of planning can create chaos for the people you leave behind.
A quick stress test can show you where the gaps are.
Click the below and take the Family Stress Test — it’s a simple way to check whether your legal, financial, tax, and insurance decisions are actually coordinated.

Yourefolio is built for advisors. Our proprietary algorithm finds any deficiencies within you clients' estate and allows instant access to life's most important documents.

Do you have a financial plan — or a collection of products?
If you’re like most people, you have a collection of old retirement plans, life insurance policies, savings accounts, and investments.
Have you ever stopped to ask whether these pieces actually work together to support your long-term goals?

I have an important question for you:

If you didn’t come home tonight, would your family know exactly what to do next?
Or would they be forced to figure it out under stress and grief?

“We meant to get around to it” is not a plan.

Are you an investor — or a gambler?

Gamblers chase what’s hot — until it’s not.
Investors follow a strategy.

A portfolio built from a collection of funds often looks diversified, but without a clear philosophy behind it, it’s really just a series of bets.

I follow a proven investment philosophy grounded in research, math and science — not headlines or hope.
